It's no secret that body art is more popular than ever, and Evan Rachel Wood** decided to get her nose pierced in Venice Beach.

The "True Blood" actress was good enough to have photos taken of the procedure and even posted a video of her painful ordeal on YouTube.

During the process, Wood was heard making uncomfortable noises, and once the stud was in she exclaimed, "Ah, f***!"

But ERW seemed pleased with the nose piercing when all was said and done- she tweeted, "Special thanks to Victor at House of Ink in Venice beach on the boardwalk, for piercing my nose. I must warn you, do not watch that last video if you are squeamish."
