Paramount Vantage released the trailer for its upcoming flick "Not Fade Away" on Friday afternoon (October 5).

The David Chase-written and directed film stars Brad Garrett, James Gandolfini**, Bella Heathcote**, Christopher McDonald, Molly Price, Lisa Lampanell, John Magaro, Jack Huston and Will Brill.

Set in the mid-1960's the musical drama follows the story behind how the Rolling Stones' first appearance on television inspires a group of friends to form a rock band.

"Not Fade Away" is scheduled to hit theaters on December 21.
