The Victoria's Secret stunner has become the first visibly-pregnant woman to appear in the company's calendar, showing off her baby bump in a sleeveless black shirt.

Under the direction of Steve McCurry, Adriana covers her modesty while exposing her midsection as a way of representing fabulous expecting ladies everywhere.

In addition to Lima, the 2013 Pirelli calendar will also include Elisa Sednaoui, Petra Nemcova, Liya Kebede, Kyleigh Kuhn, and Isabeli Fontana.
