Having already had a history of struggle with substance abuse, Nick Stahl** was put on a 5150 psychiatric hold in an L.A. hospital on Monday night (June 17).

The "Terminator 3" star arrived around 3:30 am that morning, driven by a friend, according to TMZ. However, the reason for the hold is still unknown.

Back in May, the 33-year-old actor entered rehab for substance abuse issues after disappearing for over a week.
